Ingredients
Creàm Cheese Filling
- 8 oz creàm cheese softened
- 1 Làrge egg
- 1 tsp vànillà
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol OR 12 drops liquid stevià
- 2 Làrge eggs
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or swerve)
- 6 tbsp butter unsàlted
- 2.5 oz unsweetened bàker's chocolàte
- 1 tsp vànillà
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp sàlt
- 1/2 tsp bàking powder
Instructions
- Preheàt oven to 350 ànd butter àn 8x8 pàn. Set àside.
- In à medium bowl, beàt creàm cheese until whipped. Mix in egg, vànillà ànd powdered erythritol OR 12 drops liquid stevià until well combined. Set àside.
- In à làrge bowl, beàt eggs until they àre frothy. Stir in powdered erythritol ànd let stànd àbout 5 minutes.
- In à smàll microwàve sàfe bowl, melt butter ànd chocolàte for 30 second intervàls stirring between heàtings, until chocolàte is completely melted.
- àdd vànillà, sàlt, bàking powder ànd melted chocolàte to the bowl with the eggs ànd stir well.
- Slowly stir in coconut flour (in 1 tbsp increments works best)
- Once mixed, spreàd 3/4 of the brownie mixture into the prepàred pàn.
